A short two years ago we opened for business with a dream to improve lives by helping people improve their health and by allowing them to be successful. We knew we would be successful if we found people who had the same desire.
With our Distributors seeing fantastic levels of success through our compensation plan, and earning the Sundance Headquarter retreat, a 50K Getaway cruise in May, our first Executive Retreat to the beautiful Atlantis Resort in Dubai, Xyngfling in Nashville, XYNGFEST in Las Vegas, and Xyngfete in Phoenix under our belt, I can't wait to see what we can do for people in our third year.

Before I started my Xyngular program was taking take 2 pills of 150 mg of Zantac (an antacid) every day, and my menstrual cycle had been gone for 6 months.

I spent three of the past seven years taking care of my mom during her final illness. A year after her passing, I was rear ended at a red light by a flatbed tow truck. This left me with a neck fusion, back problems, a closed-head injury, and a lot of anxiety. I was unable to take care of myself and my family. That was the worst part for me...feeling helpless.

I have had an amazing support system from my Xyngular sponsors, Tina and Tommy Myers who trained me and from Cynthia Evans and her team who have been very helpful. I try to get on her calls whenever I can. 

I use Facebook as my primary marketing tool. I post my results which generate interest in the products. I have lost 18 pounds since October 24th. My husband started on Monday, November 28th. He lost 6.6 pounds in 2 days! The dramatic results are so appealing to people. 

Whenever someone asks about the products, I email them my Xyngular site and tell them to click on products and then click on the first picture of the products to watch the product overview. I get their cell number and a good time to call them so we can customize a package to meet their specific needs.

Q. "Why are there drug test warnings on the box? Should I be concerned?"
A. XYNG is not a drug. With the increased attention given to PED's (Performance Enhancing Drugs) among professional athletes, we felt it would be wise to place a warning specific to professional athletes. We have heard from many people like nurses, pilots, military, and truck drivers; who are XYNG users and are randomly tested for their occupations, that they do NOT test positive while taking XYNG.

Q. "How much caffeine is in XYNG?"
A. There is only 90 mg of naturally occurring caffeine in XYNG. This is a little less caffeine than is found in an average cup of regular coffee.

Q. "Can I take XYNG if I have high blood pressure"
A. As with any medical condition, you should always consult your physician prior to using the product.

Q. "Sometimes I feel tired when I take XYNG. Why is that?"

Over the past 13 years, I gained a lot of weight, going from a size 8 to a size 22 or even 24 at times. I had resigned myself to being a fat woman, and at my age (65 at the time) I thought I was too old to lose weight.

I have a heart for helping kids. So my Xyngular income gives me a platform to give back in our community to the Chamber of Commerce Youth Leadership class for teens, the Salem-Keizer Education Foundation Enrichment Academy for after school programs, our church youth group, and Family Building Blocks, which serves families with infants and young children who are struggling with difficult life circumstances.

I am so proud of the efforts of my team. I give them credit for the growth of my business! I love them all. 

I believe in continuing my education and growth to strive for excellence as a leader. I wish that for my team and for this wonderful industry. This includes plugging in to conference calls, attending all corporate events, reading books, and taking both online and on site classes that relate to growing my business. 

Recently I attended the Dani Johnson First Steps to Success seminar in Las Vegas with Christine Bertucci and Deb Meyers from my team. It was life changing, and I'm encouraging all of my team members to plug into her training calls and attend her live events. Jill Yacobucci first introduced me to Dani's website and training tools, and I'll be forever grateful to her for that!

I'm also taking an online class from Suzanne Evans, a successful business coach. Both of these women are brilliant, and I'm like a sponge soaking this all in. The tools I'm getting help me in all aspects of my life, not just my business.
Last but not least I receive coaching from Kristin Thompson twice a month. She's really helped me grow my business by teaching me unique ways to appeal to the needs of prospects. 

There's a common thread throughout all these trainings, and it's fascinating to weave it together and make it fit my own personality and style.

There are two tools I've really been focusing on in the past month, one is FORMing people. This tool helps you establish trust and shows you what the person's needs are. FORM is an acronym for Family, Occupation, Recreation and Message.
I'm practicing getting to know people better by asking questions on those subjects and using their answers to "close" them.
The other is using a tool for different personalities and learning to speak the language of each particular personality style. Dani Johnson divides them into four "gems" ... Sapphire, Pearl, Emerald, and Ruby. 

You can FORM people and find out what personality type they are. This tells you how to best present the business and products to them. Interestingly enough we attract mostly people of our same personality type into our business, but we need to remember that we need all four types in our business because they all have different strengths. That's what makes a good, strong team! Christine, Deb and I will be attending Dani's next seminar called Building a Dynasty. It will be held in December in Dallas, Texas, and I can't wait to have more new tools!

A number of people have been instrumental in my Xyngular growth including Freddy Elias my mentor, Cala Stadel, Jill Yacobucci and all of our top leaders. I learn from them all. It's like a Master Mind. One Team, One Dream! It's fantastic that everyone shares so openly with everyone else. 

Marc Schenkel, Marc Walker, Glen Oliver, Cindy Hansen and Vikki Doran are always there to support and encourage me, and this has been so helpful! 

It hasn't always been peaches and cream, right? Life just isn't that way. I've had my ups and my downs and my plateaus. For quite some time my "legs" were out of balance while Carolyn Keith and Tami Castronovo's leg was running away. I was working like crazy to find more leadership to balance that. It was tough, and it didn't happen overnight. But Freddy kept encouraging me, and then all of a sudden I turned up some great new leaders who've taken off. 

Because I've experienced it, it makes me a better, stronger leader for my team. When I was in a plateau I had to ask myself what I should do. Obviously I was sponsoring but my numbers really weren't going up. 

I decided to take an approach that Freres Lumber Company uses when the market's down. They use that slow time to improve their equipment and all their systems so that when the market turns around they're ready to be at the top!
I relaxed, accepted that I was in a plateau and that it was temporary, and used the time to implement a fabulous new organizational system called "Simplify!" for my office. Again, it was life changing in all areas of my life. When my business took off again I was ready and organized for explosive growth.

When the Grammy's contest came up I got sick, my daughter Libby was in and out of the hospital with false labor, and with the help and support of Freddy and my team I was able to focus and still win those tickets! Truly, nothing is impossible if we want it badly enough. What a great lesson and how great the rewards were for that. We are only limited by our own thoughts, so practice dreaming big!

If someone would have asked me in May, 2011 "Tammy, are you better off today than you were 5 years ago?" I would have said "No". Ask me this question today, and I can honestly say I am WAY better off than I was 5 years ago and so is my family. It feels amazing to say "I DID" rather than "I wish I had". I was one week away from signing on the dotted line for the "Lap Band" procedure [bariatric surgery] because I felt after all the failed diets I had been on over probably 30 years, I was going to try this last option. I began taking XYNG last June and lost 8 pounds. I loved the energy it gave me and was intrigued enough to give the other products a try. Xyngular has been a huge blessing to our family financially! I was able to quit a part time job and be back at home full-time at a time when most people are scrambling to keep or find a job. I'm making more than I ever have, and I'm doing something I really enjoy. I love that I can be a stay-at-home Mom and be free to work my business on the side. I've enjoyed taking part in the Global Bonus Pool, the trips with my husband, and the steady income. I thank God every day for bringing Xyngular into my life! It's a work in progress balancing how much time I spend on my business and when to set it aside and spend focused time with my family. But it's also super fun and challenges me in really positive ways. Personal development expands my business Because I have been growing steadily and becoming more, my desire to really make things happen in my Xyngular business keeps expanding! I've become more out-going, grown as a leader, and enjoyed meeting and working with some of the most wonderful people ever. I am constantly working on myself personally by reading the great books people recommend and listening to CDs by Jim Rohn and Dani Johnson. It helps me learn skills that enable me to work with all different kinds of people. It also gives me the inspiration that "I can do this" when I start losing my confidence. Growing my confidence Self confidence has been my biggest obstacle. I'm always reminding myself that I have what it takes and I can muster up confidence when I'm really not feeling it. Something else that's really helped me is listening to and connecting with other Distributors who are having success and find out what they're doing. That's why I love all the different calls we have. There are so many people who have really helpful input. They say things in different ways and present things from different perspectives. I feel like I learn something every time I plug into one of the calls. My up line support has really been another key to my success. Carolyn Keith and Jane Freres have really been there for me, sharing ideas and cheering me on. We work together as a team to do 3-way calls, speak on launch calls for team members, and share me honest input. I also really love the support that Freddy Elias and Troy Alexander give me and the willingness of all of my extended Xyngular family to network with me whenever I need it. Sorting not chasing The other thing I've done is to really focus on the individuals on my team who have a desire to build and grow. I've learned to take a step when they take a step and not chase after them. I just keep sorting through my team, finding who wants to make this happen, and working with them. I have a great team. I am so thankful for the quality of people I have the pleasure of working with. Everyone has potential. I really love to help people see their potential. Keeping things simple and easy to duplicate is my best tool for growing my team.

"Bionic Woman" loses nearly 30 pounds thanks to Xyngular

My mom is both a breast cancer and skin cancer survivor. She has had a double lung transplant and because of all the meds she was taking prior to her transplant, she had deteriorated joints and had to have both hips replaced. After her second hip replacement, she fell on the golf course and broke bones in her wrists. While all this was happening, my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer. Just as my mom was getting her life back, he became ill. The cancer was taking him down pretty fast, and my mom was doing everything she could to make him happy. Every time he said he was hungry for something, she made it for him. The problem was he wouldn't eat what he thought he was craving, so my mom sat around finishing off both of their meals. When all this started she weighed somewhere between 135 and 140 pounds. We were all sad and depressed. so we all ate and grew! At the top of my mom's weight gain she was around 170 pounds. My dad became extremely ill and eventually passed on January 19, 2010. We both kept eating and crying and eating some more. I found the Xyngular products in January of 2011. My mom and I were probably at our heaviest weight ever. I finally talked my mom into trying the products around March 2011. You can see from the photos what has happened. The before photo was taken right before we lost my dad, and I took the after on September 14, 2011. She now weighs 143 pounds. I can tell you from my own experience as well as my mother's that these products work.
